Notorious thief caught stealing plantain in Delta State, paraded

A notorious thief identified as Oboyto, ran out of luck after he was caught stealing plantain in Kpakiama Town in Delta State. The plantain he stole was hung on his neck, as he was paraded round the village.

Facebook user, Embeleakpo Emmanuel, noted it was not the first time he’s been caught;
